Great service and great customer care

I’ve spent 10k in the last 6 months fixing things they claimed to fix previously…was given multiple dates on each occasion as to when my car would be finished it never was it was always multiple weeks later Update less than 24hrs later the car is broken down again 😂😂

Matt did a great job updating me along the way , these guys were very respectful, they got the job done quickly , underpormised and over delivered , glad I called them first to get this engien installed.

Office staff and mechanics were very helpful and friendly. Everyone I spoke with was diligent to help resolve my problem. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

On June 24th I took my 14ft dual axle heavy duty trailer in to have the wheel bearings packed. That work was done as agreed upon. (Cheaper than other estimates I recieved) I was notified the front axle leaf spring bushings were worn out and was given a price before I approved any labor. I am happy with the work done and feel comfortable loading the trailer and towing it. They kept me up to date every step of the way. I will use them for my diesel truck if needed.

Everyone at express went above and beyond to make sure everything on Ford Raptor Was perfect. The mechanic Todd refused to half ass anything and his attention to detail and making sure everything was to spec and perfect was Beyond what I am used to seeing in a Mechanic. The management and I had A discrepancy, but they handled it professionally and amicably with a great deal of integrity. I cannot praise this shop more

Tyler Tx location was awesome to work with. Had a fuel leak 13 hours from home on a friday morning and as soon as i pulled into the lot two guys started on the repair. One guy dissasembled while the other drove to a different store to get a part that would get me rolling again in about an hour! Great guys and a great price

I have had my truck into XPRESS in Lindale twice, and I am so satisfied with the results of their work! After my first repair the office called me the next day to see how my truck was running, I thought this was great! After a week the office called me again to see if I was having any trouble#, in my opinion this is unheard of! I have had many vehicles in my life and done business with a lot of repair shops and I have never had as great of service as I do with XPRESS! I would like to thank Charlotte and Todd for doing such outstanding service!

My car repair was the first part of my experience we got stranded on our way to Shreveport and our car broke down probably halfway there we were devastated. We’re old and we needed a friendly face. We found it at express auto right from the start all they wanted to do is help they found the problem With our car and got busy, they needed to order a part and took care of that while we went on our way with a car rental, which was another issue. We had 30 minutes to get to enterprise and Felecia the manager who I can’t say enough about took us in her personal car to get there arriving five minutes before they closed going above and beyond what would be expected but while we were at the shop, we enjoy great conversations with Jose and Felecia and the gentleman who actually fixed our car who I forget regardless it was a great experience. I would highly recommend just stopping by and say hello to all the wonderful people that worked there even Chase thanks again for all you guys did.

I brought my truck in with a tail gate issue. Tailgate wasn’t opening. Also asked that they please do not leave the keys in the truck overnight. Not only did they leave the keys in the truck overnight they left my windows down with the keys in the truck. I know because I seen the window down when I drove by after the shop had already closed. The tailgate issue wasn’t resolved I ultimately paid 235 dollars for nothing in my opinion. Was told I could bring the truck back for further diagnostics but opted not to .they had my truck for 3.5 days that was plenty of time considering the next place I took it has the issue resolved within a few hours. I wish you guys all the best moving forward but unfortunately it will not be with any of my business.
